We deliver to all states and territories within Australia:

  • Victoria (VIC)
  • Queensland (QLD)

  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
  • Northern Territory (NT)

Note: Some remote areas may incur additional shipping charges or extended delivery times.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

2.1 Standard Delivery

  • Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3-5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10-15 business days

2.2 Express Delivery

  • Metro Areas: 1-2 business days
  • Regional Areas: 2-4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4-7 business days

2.3 Same Day Delivery

Available for select products in Sydney Metro area only. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM AEST.

3.2 Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at an additional cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Large or heavy items (e.g., smart desks, large appliances) may incur additional freight charges. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

4.2 Business Days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

4.3 Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order:

  • By contacting our customer service team

6. Delivery Instructions

Most orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available, the carrier may:

  • Leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection
  • Leave the package in a safe place (if authority to leave has been provided)

6.2 Authority to Leave

If you would like your package left without a signature, please provide authority to leave instructions at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for packages left unattended.

6.3 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

7. Installation Services

7.1 Installation Booking

For products that include installation, our team will contact you within 2 business days of delivery to schedule an installation appointment.

7.2 Installation Areas

Installation services are available in:

  • Sydney Metro and surrounding areas
  • Melbourne Metro and surrounding areas
  • Brisbane Metro and surrounding areas
  • Other areas by arrangement

7.3 Installation Timeframes

Installation is typically scheduled within 5-10 business days of delivery, subject to availability.

8. Failed Deliveries

8.1 Multiple Delivery Attempts

Carriers will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

8.2 Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

9.1 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all packaging materials

9.2 Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

10. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Australia.
